Under our guidance, our clients lose an average of 2 pounds per week, eating regular food from the grocery store, or even restaurants.

Clients also use two of our high-protein supplements products per day. These come in the following forms:

  • Oatmeal

Our products are low-carb, low-calorie, and contain 15 grams of lean protein. They all mix easily with water and taste fantastic, so you will not feel like you are missing out.  Our Protein Supplements come in boxes of seven packets. They can be purchased in a 4 week supply (9 boxes) for $99 or an 8 week supply (17 boxes) for $189.

We offer many optional additional protein products for snacking:

Each client receives a weekly, private weigh-in and monthly measurements with Joni, where you’ll get a chance to discuss your progress, and adjust your plan if need be.


Once you reach your goal weight, you are no longer required to purchase anything. We slowly add in stuff you have missed, in moderation. We continue to weigh you weekly.

We will continue to help you learn how to buy food at the grocery store, how to maintain control at restaurants and how to organize your meals.


We offer two maintenance programs: a year-long program, and a lifetime program. Each program consists of:

  • Monthly Weigh-ins (in person, via phone, text or email)
  • Eating what you want, within reason
  • Plans to keep you within 5 pounds of your goal weight
  • Ability to return to the weight loss plan at any time, with no extra fee, except for products
